The workflow automatically:

- monitors incoming emails

- categorises priority

- applies High / Medium / Low priority labels inside Gmail

- creates structured operational summaries in Google Sheets

High-priority operational emails are automatically grouped into designated inbox folders for faster visibility and follow-up.
